The RUDD Government’s Fair Work Australia industrial laws came into force this week sparking an official end of the unpopular Howard era Work Choices.
Under new system will see the return of unfair dismissal laws and reinstating collective bargaining.
Unions have applauded the new laws, with some unions wasting no time in pushing for pay rises.
