There’s no excuse for not having women speakers according to a group of women keen on recruiting more female speakers to enliven conferences, panels, programmes or lectures.
No Chicks No Excuses is the brainchild of Dr Leslie Cannold, Advertising guru Jane Caro and Comedien Catherine Deveny - three women in public life who got tired of event organisers saying they couldn’t find good women speakers.
