We all know that stress is a common part of life, and we all learn to deal with it in different ways. For some of us, there’s exercise, for others, we just bottle up our negative emotions. It’s important to be able to deal with stressful events so we carry on with our daily activities.
What many people may not know is that meditation is one of the best ways to de-stress. A ground-breaking Australian study on work related stress has recently shown that meditation could be the key to a stress free life.
