For most, Christmas is a happy time. A time to relax and spend time with family.
But for the homeless, Christmas can be the hardest time of the year.
This year Australia’s homeless shelters are packed to the rafters and unable to meet current demand. The situation is so bad that couples with children are most likely to be turned away.
