Band’s like Tehachapi have benefited from the exposure of AMRAP’s Airit
AMRAP, the Australian Music Radio Airplay Project, is under threat of ending after it was unsuccessful in getting funds renewed in the 2012/2013 Federal Budget. The project helps to promote Australian bands in getting airplay across a broad range of community radio stations.
The project’s manager Chris Johnson joined Tim on the show to hear about what they do and why it’s essential to Australian music.
