A little over an hour away from our Radio Adelaide studio’s there’s a small rural town called Owen where you’ll find a local post office, school, bowls club and a few hundred friendly locals!
But while Owen may be a modest little country town, one local in particular has sure put it on the map.
Musician James Abberley has become renowned for his developed folk tunes and entrancing stage presence. All he needs is his guitar, bass drum and a chair to win over any audiences he plays to.
From the country to the city, James Abberley joined Angus Randall in the studio for a chat and a tune.
