Water sales at their lowest

When Aussies stop drinking Sauvignon Blanc and switch to Pinot Grigio, it creates headlines… Imagine the fuss it would cause when we cut down on the most basic of liquids – water.

According to SA Water figures, we are turning off the tap in record numbers.

South Australians have bought 60 billion litres less than the state’s water regulator expected according to new figures obtained under Freedom Of Information laws.

To find out why South Australians are buying less water, Tim Brunero spoke to Robert Brokenshire, member of Family First.
