The Fair Work Review has been submitted by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace relations. This review is fairly stock standard for major legislation that is enacted in Federal Parliament.
The Fair Work Act replaced Work Choices in 2008 and is now the centrepoint of Industrial Relations.
It’s looking like pretty good news for the Gillard Government in a year of frustration and in light of this review Bill Walter spoke to the University of Adelaide’s industrial law expert Professor Andrew Stewart.
