With around 30 per cent of Aussies living in the bush, it’s important to remember that the needs of rural communities are just as great as those for people living in our capital cities.
This is especially the case when it comes to having access to decent mental health care services.
But evidence shows a lack of decent services can have far greater consequences on the mental health of those living rurally, than for our city dwellers.
