Much has changed in the past 50 years and society has come a long way since the nuclear family and traditional gender roles.
But it seems that some industries aren’t too family friendly, with employers lacking in flexibility to accomodate working mums.
So, what if women are settling for lower paying jobs to make it easier to care for a family? Is it fair on the ladies?
