Regulated Charities

Via ACNCCharities in Australia now have a regulatory body, with the launch of the Australian Charities and Non-For-Profits Commission which will help charities in Australia to get their legal work down and focus instead on what really matters; helping people out.

The Climate Takes Home a Bad Report

A new report has been issued by the Global Climate Project that shows that globally, we have been bad. A timeout may not be enough to help; with reports showing that we are unlikely to meet the Kyoto Carbon Reduction targets set for 2020.

Angus Randall spoke with one of the authors of the report, Pep Canadell, of the CSIRO about what the report means for Australia, particularly given the news that Australia is one of the largest polluters.

Open Doors, Open Hearts
