Anyway you look at it, Bullying is ugly. Laws and regulations in schools and workplaces aim to stamp out the practice, but workplace bullying and harassment claims are increasing. There have also been increases in the number of unsubstantiated accusations of bullying, and the impact on those accused can be quite significant.
