Adelaide’s Central Market is on the cusp of a new era, following the City Council’s recent decision to relinquish control of the 141 year-old icon.
Claims of political intervention from Councillors who served on the former Central Market Committee lead the call for this change, but what does it mean for the people of Adelaide? Will we see “petting zoos” on Tuesdays and Cooking Shows on Fridays, or is it going to stay the same?
