Netball move caused a ‘lift’ in ratings

Netball was in the news last week with the amazing athleticism displayed by New Zealand defender Anna Harrison who was hoisted into the air by her fellow defender in order to catch the shooter’s ball before it reached the net.

Dubbed the ‘chairlift’ through it’s similarities with the Rugby move, controversy has raged over whether the move was legal or not.

Tim Brunero caught up with Adelaide Thunderbird’s coach Jane Woodlands-Thompson to talk tactics.
