Government driving discrimination?

Most people believe they are better drivers than everyone else on the road, and research has somewhat backed this theory.

The age based rivalry between young and old has both generations arguing they are the safest drivers on our roads.

But this contention has come to surface an entirely new argument, with the process of compulsory medical tests for drivers over 70 being labeled ‘discriminatory’.

With over 3000 drivers a year disqualified under these federal regulations, Angus Randall spoke to Anne Burgess from the Equal Opportunity Commission SA  and asked what see’s elderly drivers disqualified and is it fair?
