Unpaid (slave) labour?

SA Unions and The Young Workers’ Legal Service are starting a campaign to warn young people about being exploited in unpaid work “rip-offs”.

Young Workers’ Legal Service Coordinator, Anne Purdy, says young people looking for work are being offered unpaid “trial” shifts and “internships” to get work experience.
