The Merchant of Venice

Tim Brunero caught up with Adelaide University’s Theatre Guild’s Artistic Director Edwin Kemp-Attrill to talk about the guild’s latest play, William Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice.

Edwin gave us an insight into how the show has been altered for a modern audience, with a particular emphasis on addressing the social issues found within the play.

If you are interested in seeing the show it starts this Saturday and runs for two weeks. Tickets can be purchased from Bass.
