Drop kilos for a great cause

There’s already Dry July, Parched March and Movember, but now there’s ‘Droptober‘, where you can lose weight to raise money for charity while kick-starting some healthy eating to trim down to your bikini bod as the warmer weather approaches.

Droptober promises a team of nutritionists, health professionals and personal trainers to give guidance along the way to dropping your weight.

Breakfast presenter, Tim Brunero speaks with Droptober founder Michael Jaroskey, a former strategy and financial consultant turned personal trainer about how to drop just two kilos throughout October to raise money for Kids For Life, a charity dedicated to raising money and awareness to help prevent childhood illness and disease.
