Are we experiencing a mutant butterfly crisis?

Scared of bugs, much? How about mutant bugs? Well insects around the area of Fukushima, notably Butterflies, are already showing signs of physiological and genetic abnormalities as a result of exposure to radiation from the nuclear mishap at Fukushima. We could have a brigade of mutant butterflies on our hands.

Also, why exactly are Japan and South Korea disputing ownership over a small group of islands home to just 2 permanent residents: an octopus fisherman and his wife. Interesting.
