If you’re a parent about to send your children to school, or are perhaps already enrolled, have you considered the caliber of education they will receive? Sure, you have. But have you wondered about public schools, private schools and the funding and resources that each have at their fingertips?
After the implementation of the Gonski Review, an in-depth examination of the nation’s school funding system, Prime Minister Gillard and the Government are considering adopting recommendations to overhaul the current system and give more to disadvantaged students around the country.

Joining us on Breakfast this morning, Debbie Corrigan – Associate Professor at Faculty of Education at Monash University – keeps us all up to speed regarding what this Gonski Review is suggesting and how the Government might act.
