There are a myriad of groups attempting to dictate the governments new Murray Darling Basin plan. Under the revised plan South Australia will receive 3200 Gigalitres, but environmentalist Tim Kelly from Conservation SA claims we still need another 800 GL to properly protect the ecosystems.
But where will this water come from? Will this further irritate irrigators who are feeding Australians fresh fruit and vegetables?
