One of the biggest catch-cries of this new climate change-conscious era is ‘remember to always “Buy Local”, and only eat produce that’s come from our local farm-gate to your plate if we want to cut those nasty carbon emissions.
But a new study is asking British butchers to sell Kiwi meat to help battle climate change. Confused?
