I don’t ‘sea’ enough fish on your plate!

A new study has revealed that Australian’s aren’t eating enough fish. The study, which was commissoned by Pure Profile has found that 73% of Australians are not eating the recommended two servings per week. Fish provide essential Omega 3 oils that are recommended by the Australian Heart Foundation.

So do fish fingers count?

Angus Randall spoke with independent dietician Melina Katz about this new report and whether or not fish and chips are the best option to get more Omega 3 oils.
